Renee Little
Co-Founder
As a fourth generation educator and a licensed clinical social worker, Renee not only has a passion for education but also a great understanding of mental health. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science from Buffalo State College in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. She also has a Master of Social Work from the University of South Florida. She brings higher level education expertise and understanding with compassion and empathy.
Paul H. Riddell

Paul has over 30 years of experience in the financial and estate planning business. First starting out as a teacher with a masters degree in education, he has transferred his knowledge into coaching, motivating and preparing people for the life ahead of them, The most important part of life is starting with a solid foundation.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Education from Westminster College (PA), a Master’s degree in Education from George Washington University and a Master’s degree in Financial Services from the American College. He is also a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and a FINRA registered Series 6,7,24 and 27 (FinOp).
He is the founder of Riddell Financial Associates and also operates a real estate property management firm, His hobbies include bicycling, gardening and cooking – being a trained chef.

Mark Benno

MARK S. BENNO, PH.D. is an Area Development Manager for Apple. In this role he helps people to envision and develop effective technology integration programs. He likes to challenge people to exceed their dreams; professional development is his passion. Most of his work over the past twenty-eight years has been in faculty development (for educators of students in preschool – graduate school). In addition to eighteen years at Apple, he has served at Nolan Middle School in Killeen ISD in Texas, Hillcrest PDS, a professional development elementary school for Baylor University in Waco, Texas, Mississippi State University in Starkville, and Tech4Learning in San Diego.
As a speaker, Mark addresses educators nationwide on the future of technology and education and how students today impact our educational systems. He has delivered keynotes in 35 states, Australia, New Zealand, The Czech Republic, and Switzerland.
Mark completed his Ph.D. in technology and teacher education, with a minor in curriculum and instruction, at Mississippi State University in 2000. He is an Apple Distinguished Educator from the class of 1999 and is writing his third book. Mark is also past president of the Texas Association for Educational Technology (TAET).
Victor Young

Victor partnered with Lamborghini Automobili to develop dealer benchmarks for U.S. Lamborghini dealers. He is considered a turn-around specialist in the automobile industry and has resurrected profits, market share and client satisfaction within several Florida markets and automotive brands.
Young’s vast insight into the automobile industry led to a great number of professional relationships with automobile manufacturing executives around the world. In 2006 he partnered with founder and former CEO of Tires Plus, Larry C. Morgan and they began to identify markets and brands that fit their expansion and acquisition model. In January 2008 they completed their first acquisition in Sarasota, Florida and the rest is history.
Victor currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Moffitt Medical Group at Moffitt Cancer in Tampa, Florida. He is committed to cancer research and finding a cure for the disease.
Community involvement has been a critical component in Victor’s life. Young was appointed by Governor Rick Scott in 2011 to serve on the Board of Trustees for Pasco-Hernando State College until his term ended. He has volunteered with non-profit organizations that provide entrepreneurial skills and financial assistance to economically challenged families as well as at-risk youth. As president and co-founder of Florida Youth, Inc., he created initiatives and secured funding for an amateur boxing program, a youth entrepreneurship program and a faith-based marine mentoring program that served hundreds of youth in the Tampa Bay area. Young has served on the Board of Directors for The Sarasota Economic Development Corporation, Tampa Bay Academy of Hope, Southeastern Guide Dogs Endowment Fund Trustee, Manatee County Rural Health Care System Board, Sarasota County Sheriff’s Advisory Board and Sarasota Film Commission. He is also a Key Note and Motivational Speaker and focuses on personal brand development, entrepreneurship, and content creation.
Young has also spent over a decade in the film and entertainment industry. He enjoys directing, producing and writing feature films and documentaries. His work has been released in theaters and streaming television. He is a private pilot and enjoys the friendly sky’s in his spare time. Victor is married to Tia L. Young, Founder of Tia Young Image and Etiquette and has three daughters named Anitarece, Jordyn and Taylor. They also have two golden doodles, Harley and Hunter.
